Three questions for your help with please...

1 The photos below show the debris from H4 which had a nadired super removed just before the cold spell. The debris is odd - lots of bee back ends. Also possibly mouse poo?
2 The photo of H2 shows possibly shows chalk brood - or is it old pollen chucked out?
3 Many bees entering the hives with yellow pollen and yellow faces - would this be OSR? The nearest field is 2+ miles away and over the valley top - and has not been found in prior years.

Sadly I cant enlarge the photos for a closer look

Poot, did you take these photos with a potato? :)

Nokia 3210?
🤣
No it was an iPad, but I didn’t post them as original size. Now deleted, so gone for good.
I looked into the hIve today, in case a mouse was in residence, but found nothing.
Eight frames of bees, four of stores. Super started. Gave them a second brood box.

At the end of March a couple of my varroa boards had copious mouse poo, but not others. I was worried that there was a mouse in residence but when I looked in the BBs (in those blissful couple of warm days at >20C) all was well....

the second picture in looks like old pollen brought out which i think is a fairly regular occurrence at this time of year?
I think so too having squished, prodded and pulled some apart. (I drew the line at tasting). I now have the same to a small degree on another colony and there’s so much fresh pollen going in I think they’re having a muck out.
Good luck with your season and demarrees - I’ll be interested to see how it goes for you.

yes....will give updates for those that can bare it

ive had some pollen which had gone mouldy in bottom brood boxes left on but flicked most of it out by getting corner of hive tool underneath and flicking it so minimising damage to drawn comb but helping bees out by moving it faster than they could
