on tuesday as it hit -11C in the barn, night milking turned into an interesting experience.

all the clusters froze up, fortunately during the clean not the milking, and the high pressure hose dribbled for 30 mins before clearing itself.

tractors on frozen slurry...what glorious glorious fun.....started at 10.....2 hour job....finished 4a.m. 1 hr before the relief came in....

i was a very very happy boy:toetap05:

sorry for more cow chat finman but i did warn you

I found my daughter trying to clean her car with a 30ft hosepipe that was solid ice,she could not work out why the water would not come out the end.

Is She blonde?
A blonde teacher ( that doesn't really gel ), came across some children running about and playing, obviously enjoying themselves :).
She noticed one boy stood on his own, taking pity on him she approached and asked "Are you ok ?), "yes" came the reply,
" you can join the rest if you like" said she,
"no I'd better stay here miss"
"Why ???"
"Because I'm the bloody goal keeper !!"
