I will be extracting my spring harvest thus weekend, I believe in majority its Hawthorne but with 30% ish (guess) of OSR, any ideas what to expect from the honey. Will it set Rock-hard as I suspect it will it be more useful?

It’ll set the osr will seed the rest and surprised if some has not set already!

Very good year for hawthorn blossom round here but I rarely see a bee on it. Sycamore now over and horse chestnut and OSR fading. I extracted 85 lbs yesterday - 3 weeks later than most years. Half the combs were uncapped but final water content satisfactory @ 18%.
