Still looking bright and has a citrus/minty flavour.
Slowly becoming one of my favourite honey's after Heather.

Lovely stuff. I like pure clover honey too, which apparently used to be common in the uk but not now. I tasted it in NZ.

I think we have lost a lot of natural clover mixed fields even on the home farm arable farms sow just grass seed.
Lucky enough on the hill farms that have less fert used it still is around here is our clover honey among our purer Heather.
