just reviewed and i had some supers full mid april and removed and spun 14/6/20

hawthorn now starting to burst open thankfully

I extracted our spring honey on the 1st of June last year, nowt this spring alot of colonys using what they are bringing in and I'm feeding untill we get some consistent weather.
Some of the colonys I'm not feeding I'm checking every 3/5 days for stores.

Whortle berry's flowering really well watched a few bees on them yesterday but it was to windy.
 
Bit better for us this spring. Last spring, although May was very good, March and April weren’t great for foraging on the cherry and plum blossom whereas this year the day time temperatures were sufficient. Hoping to take off about 4 supers to extract at the end of the month. June gap isn’t so much of an issue here as there’s enough forage in peoples gardens although I have found (in my limited 2 years experience) that by the start of August there’s not enough to generate a worthwhile surplus.
