Does anyone know what protein % ivy pollen is? Not covered in fat bees skinny bees...

Who cares?

I thought pollen was pretty much pure protein in any case.
What I do know, is that the honey tastes like 58!T, so you can sell it at a premium to the gym babes.:cheers2:

It is not just about % protein but the quality of that protein ie whether the protein present contains all the essential amino acids needed by the bees and whether the frequencies of these are more or less in the proportion required.

Read the second paper and you will see.

Thanks for pointing that out
I had not read the second paper which indeed makes this point but was relying on my own scientific knowledge on protein nutrition in a range of species.
