The kitchen has three basic uses. This includes its usage as a place of storage, food preparation and cleanup

My battery charger lives in the kitchen....so workshop?

Sorting rubbish for recycling
Drinking lager to feed the recycling
Cooling tonic water in the fridge.
Opening the shopping bag to find the tonic.
Adding ice to the tonic.
Adding gin to the tonic.

Drinking half a bottle and being found asleep at the kitchen table at 7am Saturday morning (many years ago).

Snuggling round the boiler for warmth when it's cold..

The list is endless..

Don't forget using the sink as a loo .
A good reason for falling out with the other half for leaving it full of pots over night :Angel_anim:.
