Infused honey

Does anybody make infused honey?
I've stumbled across a few recipes and generally I would say, “what’s the point?” But one for a coffee infusion grabbed my attention being a real coffee lover.

I know a Bee farmer not far from me who does a variety of flavoured honeys for her stall

I have never marketed my honey but am seriously considering it....

Sounds interesting dani, I love iced coffee can't drink it any other way but I would try infused honey with coffee I could wisk it in.
Talking of infused I noticed there is a Shropshire based company selling infused honey.
