Just thought I'd chuck this one in for you.
Please see below for the current position on imports and exports, but this is a situation that could change right up until the last minute.
Imports into GB from the EU would be subject to WTO conditions. This would mean:
Once the consignment has reached its destination the packaging and attendant workers will need to be sent to Fera Science (for England and Wales).
- Consignments must be pre-notified – you will need to obtain a reference number which should be included in the health certificate provided by the competent authority in the EU
- After 1 July the consignment will need to enter via a border control point. From 1 January to 30 June, consignments will be checked at destination
- Only queens will be permitted; colonies and packages will not be allowed.
