For sme reason I can't get the picture any larger so difficult to tell

I think I saw that picture on a sale group, or eBay - I'm sure it said they were antique bee smokers converted to lamps? Could be wrong though

That is what I named the image.
one has P.H.Ttd on the wood top
The slider acts like a valve when rotated
Tube at back is not connected ? for a thermometer?

Will probably end up in the science display cabinet alongside the Leibig condenser, flux capacitor and Cavendish vacuum tube !!
