How to correct soft set honey

I recently dipped my toe in the err wonderful world of the honey show. Having made, what I thought was a fine soft set honey which set well, when it came to 'show time' the honey had become too mobile. Any ideas how to re-set the honey?

If it set right initially it probably just needs to be put somewhere cool for a while rather than adding more rape to the mix?
