Honey Research

[Juststarting]

I am interested in the various claims made about medicinal properties of honey, and have read the threads on here and related links. Having done a quick web search I was unable to find anyone doing academic research on this in UK. Could only find references to Prof Molan work on Manuka honey.

Can anyone advise if anyone is working on this in UK?

I am interested in what is known and different testing methods etc.
