I made lemon marmalade today, using a half an opened can of lemon mamade that has been sitting in the freezer for over a year. Bit of an experiment. The instructions were to add 4lbs sugar and a pint of water to the whole can, so I added 2 and a half lbs runny honey and no water to the half can. Brought it to the boil and boiled 5 minutes then tested for setting.

It has made 3lbs of perfectly set marmalade. :winner1st:

Now that sounds wonderful
As my taste buds are slowly regenerating themselves I will give this a go
Have to be careful with sugar and rush off to brush teeth as soon as but sounds worth it :)
