I jarred up some honey a few months ago, which I tried o keep runny, by heating it afterwards in a water bath....very unsuccessfully! I now use an old copper, with heater to warm the water. Can I empty the jars full of two tone honey into a bucket and warm it up in the warming cabinet until all runny again? If so, is it best to make it quite warm and runny, and hope it won't set, or just heat it a little and hope it all mixes up, and try to make creamed/set honey, which I think it really wants to be!
Thank you in anticipation for your guidance and advice.
Melon.
