Honey flow Problem,,,

In the area where i keep my bees, the honey flow has started,,, but not like previous years,,, the flow is weak,,, we have had rain wind and dust storms which didn't happen before,,, so not much honey is brought back by the bees and i cant tell when the flow ends,,, can anyone help me on spotting the end of the flow? the mellisa, Borage and lavender are just blooming but no heavy flow yet,,, help)
