Hive inspection recording - template wanted

I'm thinking of printing 'Hive Record Charts' for the members of our association... so for each inspection of the hive you complete a check-list. Any suggestions of what to include - or perhaps someone has a template?

It's quite simple really as a minimum you need to check for the following

• Queen/Eggs pesent
• Sufficient stores
• Sufficient room
• Any queen cells present
• Signs of disease/disorder

Register with Beebase and there are headings there for you to use. In fact, looks like you could put all you wanted to on there.

Haven't used it but a brief look.....

use beebase all the time its great the only issue is could do with being a mobile app so can be used in the field, not take notes and then transfer to it.
