Hive heater! any thoughts......

I believe Finnman uses them or something similar. I got one similar but haven’t used it yet. Contemplating using it if we go cold again as my garden hive has just started full steam ahead and at least 1 full brood cycle in already. I will be able to add extra space early and assist the bees in keeping it warm

Perhaps, possibly, keeping bees at MINUS 20 degrees C most of the year.... Finnies bees need any help they can get... particularly as they were possibly , maybee adapted originally for hot clement Mediterranean climes?

I use 220 V terrarium heaters. They are waterproof. 10 W is good.


But that apparatus, no water. Price is Super Low.
