Hello, i dropped off the brood box yesterday for the gentleman to transfer the bees and get them settled in my hive, he will let me know when, really looking forward to them

That's your first hurdle- refraining from inspecting them every 43 minutes!
Don't go mad buying stuff either- 70% of the stuff in catalogues and websites you just don't need.
