Happy Keeper Floor

Does anyone have any experience using a Happy Keeper Floor? Are they effective at varroa control, are there any downsides to them?

I don’t personally but I think the claims on one site selling them are somewhat optimistic. If the basis of varroa control is that mites falling cannot get back up then a simple OMF might achieve the same thing. Most mites dropping are dead so it doesn’t really matter.
It’s quite possible to keep on top of mites without using propriety acaricides but it does involve quite a bit of active management
