Idly sitting with my JRT on my knee I began reading this months comic, I came to the long article about labeling of honey. I noticed the author states the labels should include the name and address of the PACKER, although I'm pretty sure the regulatory requirement was for the PRODUCER. My thoughts seem to be supported by the labelling information on Thornes website. Recognising I'm a hobby beekeeper with entirely different modus operandi to the big operations and it's a slog wading through the honey regulations, has there been a subtle change or is my memory inaccurate?
