i have a fox hole in my new apiary site will this cause me problems i am planning to use tie down straps on the hives?

I have never had problems with fox's,I had one last year with 3 cubs in the apiary,I used to leave bur comb in a tub for them late at night for them to eat,sat in the car I could see them come out and eat the lot.
Never any left for robbers next morning.

They used to walk around the hives but never bothered with them.
The only problems I have with animals is with Deer scratching against the box's sometimes.

I have never had problems with foxes, but digging animals can cause a few issues over time. just keep an eye on the stability of hives, and move them a little if necessary. Only had this with rabbits, but foxes or badgers could potentially do the same.
