2020 harvest bottled in the september. All granulated within six months. April 2022 several jars have started to ferment. Why did this not happen soon after bottling, but wait for so long to misbehave?
 
Granulation will increase the water concentration/reduce the sugar concentration in the remaining liquid, evidently to a level where any yeasts can now ferment.
I'd suggest warming all the remaining jars to re-liquify before they go the same way.
