Will 2-heptanone cause bees to attack?

Interesting they are using cinnamon oil,I have seen it talked about by American beeks that are using it.

If we can beat off the agro chem companies and get everyone using cheap EO's then the bees may have a chance long term.

2 heptanone is an alarm odour from the workers mandibular glands and it s effect is defensive behaviour. Not to bee confused with iso-pentyl-acetate which is again an alarm odour and the effect is defensive behaviour.
