feeding back wet cappings

if there's a good flow on there's a good chance they'll ignore the cappings.
Never thought giving it back to the bees to clean was a sound idea anyway. just wash the damn stuff and either use the water to make mead or chuck it.
 
By the time I've left my cappings to drain pvernight in my home made cappings drainer there's precious little honey left in them anyway. I add the drained honey to the rest of the honey, wash the drained cappings and store it for a sunny day when the wax melter sorts them out. No point in feeding good honey back to the bees.
 
If you do feed back remove the following day from the feeder else they will make comb.

One thing to remember is that the bees will make the wax darker due to all those feet padding all over the wax so the nice bright white clean cappings will not be so.
