How many forum users also use FB Beekeeping groups and how many are you watching/posting to?

I follow:
British beekeepers,
J P the Beeman
Modern Beekeepers,
NWA Beekeeping,
Beekeeping UK,
Schawee, Beekeeper of the swamp,
Prospect Cottage apiaries,
UK Beekeepers
Yappys bee Chat.

Rarely post in any, always on this one, and to be honest i dont have time to follow them all. Work and life tends to annoyingly get in the way most of the time!

I use a couple of bee keeping groups, but rarely comment and never post. Some right idiots in some of them. The most groups I use on fb are wild bees and wasps groups, also an insects of Britain and Northern Europe group.

I have always used fb really for socialising, but this last year I have been using it as a learning tool.

I lurk on BBKA and Beekeeping UK

I use FB for both beekeeping and green woodworking groups amongst one or two others. There are some excellent groups on FB and not restricted to beekeeping.

shame FB don't pay their taxes though

In face book everything is a big soup. They are similar as forums 15 - 20 years ago.

Trouble with facebook is that you get a load of loonatics, five minute experts people without a clue about beekeeping, yootoob experts and trolls on there.
This forum is quite enough thankyou :D

Think I'm following/a friend/whatever the terminology is of Vita, but that was only because there was a free draw a year or two back, and I've not bothered to un-follow/friend/etc

Think you'll find it's "people without a clue. "

Seen too many peeps sacked for their comments on FB!

It's all "look at me" "Look at my dinner" (look at it after 4 hours processing).........:paparazzi:

Not really my thing I'm afraid.

They used to say, Under every pony tail. . . . .
Well plenty on FB, would have had pony-tails in those days!;)

I use a Facebook group to announce and remind our group of meetings and events. We occasionally share pictures but not a lot else.

I have a FB page that I use to post articles, videos etc relevant to wasps as well as use it for disseminating news. Feedback so far has been pretty good.
