I have a Dadant with 3 supers. 1 is new with new frames and is filling up fast so i know it will be all honey. The other 2 are nearly full. I took 7 full frames off last year to extract and then fed syrup. Should i have marked the remaining full frames before feeding so i know what i extract now is honey not syrup......if that makes sense. Or does it matter if it gets mixed up?

2 supers were left on over winter with QE removed. It was my 1st winter and wanted to make sure they had enough stores.

Oh dear, you are being overkind!
Even the super you added may have some sugar syrup moved into it. I understand your concerns but a brood box full of stores should be plenty for winter. This.... Leave a super on..... Is not really necessary although we all tend to do it! Leaving two on is definitely not necessary. I would suggest all that honey is yours this year and much of it will be syrup!

And a Dadant is huge
They have enough room in the brood for winter stores
If those were my supers I would extract and feed back the syrupy bits and eat the rest myself.

But feed it back in the Autumn - not now
