Seems to me a lot of beekeepers are very religious - religiously doing things by the calendar, or by the books they’ve read, or by old times lore. Perhaps I’m mistaken though🤪

37% out of British people are non religious. Do they keep bees?
As far as I know, Birmingham is very diverse in its beekeeping population. I have a French friend who actually has two hives on one of my apiaries. I know a Slovakian beekeeper that is near to another apiary of mine. Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus and many other religions keep bees in Birmingham. However, I think that it is easier to remove the religious aspect from all this? I think beekeeping is more 'cultural' in some areas of the world, like eastern European countries, regardless of anyone's religion.

I have never been interested, what religion beekeepers have.

Even if ancient Egyptians hated pigs, there were pig breeder in Egypt. It was food of poor prople. If normal Egyptian ctizen maried a pig keeper, the whole family was contaminated by pig fobia.

Saint Valentine is also the saint for Beekeepers not just lovers.

It depends who believes on saints and on angels.

Angels are inherited from Sumerians' culture.
Angel must have two extra limb bones in their back. No such skeletons has been found from fossil layers.
