Encounter with a swarm (car)

Hi all

Just had to mention this.

the family and I were driving along today minding our own business, approached the Orpington roundabout near M25.

On the roundabout I noticed a dark cloud right in our path (had to drive through it windows open).

You guessed it massive swarm flying along about 3 feet off the road.

I was well impressed and none came in!

Drove around on the way back to see if they had landed any where obvious, but alas no.

I think he was trying to catch the swarm in is car whlist still moving?

Glad to see that full diplomatic protocols are being respected by our only resident diplomat - namely that all Bees must be given a name beginning with B

Only the Queens (who are addressed as ma'am!). The workers are all called May.

Driving round a roundabout at about 40 with windows open (one of those big ones before a motorway).

No reaction time between seeing them and driving through them.

When they realised none of them were in the car. Yes
