Yes EFB does have a petterpot brood pattern and I find it really difficult to diagnose, PMS is very similar. I use EFB test kits or just destroy the colony. Those pictures dont show either and I would sleep very soundly.

I Change the queen. That is my solution. But it has been very rare in my Italian hives. Perhaps one case in 50 years.

If you are still worried, take some HD photos of the areas of concern (including photos of 'infected' larvae pulled out of their cells) and send them to the Regional Bee Inspector for your area.
Just had a BI round to check for suspected EFB and they are very busy at the moment.
