Couple of my hives had this today, first time they have build comb in the gap. (Super)

Guess i should stick in a dummy board, but you have to admire their craftsmanship. (these are my NZ Girls) i like tha fact they dont stick everything down with propolis, did not need to use a hivetool once lifting frames.
 
Can't give you an answer Grizzly, but a couple of cracking photos! How amazing our girls really are.
