Do queen bees get Chronic Bee Paralysis Virus

I have some CBPV in the apiary but after the initial distressing "kill" the colony recovers and in general does well. This seems to be a common finding suggesting that the queen is pretty much unaffected while the colony itself suffers. I was wondering if the queen herself does get CBPV or is she immune possibly through nutrition or ...... Any thoughts?

I’ve seen the same
Maybe she is never in contact with sick bees ?

Mine succumbed, or vanished somehow during the worst of it so may not always be the case.
