If only:
Artisanal honey — which can cost upwards of £100 per jar — is usually produced in smaller batches than commercial alternatives and is not processed, pasteurised or filtered to the same extent.

What I get every day climbing the stairs:
Symptoms — such as breathing difficulties and a fast heartbeat — develop suddenly and get worse rapidly.
 
In USA honey is sterilized. Same with pollen sieving.

What is artisan honey? What is difference with normal honey. Artisan means handworker

I just get mine through the usual outlets

I may have posted previously: when my nephew asked why I became a trainee gastroenterologist (and subsequent specialist) I explained at tedious length that jobs were scarce and I applied for whatever was advertised. SWMBO was more succinct: I applied for wherever there was an opening.......
 
One of them back room journalists tasked with writing clutter to stock pile to send out on slow news days or not reporting days.
