Consolidating stores

This year has been a good year for honey for myself and I don't really need to take any more off so was thinking of leaving it on the hives over winter. My problem is there are supers partailly full how do I get the bees to take it down into the main part of the hive.This will be a job for the autumn but its best to be prepared.
