I'm wondering if there is a solution to the comb honey in the usual small containers granulating fairly quickly - I'm not too bothered about the honey, but the colour/consistency of the comb itself isn't as appealing as when it's fresh. I've just put some in airtight bags in the freezer having seen some threads on this on the forum and I'm assuming that this will help.

The thought has crossed my mind that warming might help but, obviously, this is likely to have an effect on the wax as well as the honey. Is it worth trying this, or will I end up with an amorphous mass in the container?

Any thoughts gratefully received.

Freeze it as soon as you’ve packaged it. That’s what I do and take it out as required. I bag a few cartons together so that they can be thawed without water condensing on them. Don’t label them.
