Hi,
I have a small plastic bucket feeder where the syrup comes out slowly through a circular mesh panel. The dear bees have not only taken the syrup but have succeded in covering over most of the mesh with propolis - bless them! Does anyone know a good way to clean this off?

Propolis dilutes to alcohol.
There some technical alcohols wha you may use.
We speak about "denatured alcohol".

Hot water and lye is one way.
