Carried out AS 3 May. Checked parent hive today (1 June) for laying Queen. I found plenty eggs (at bottom of cells) and young uncapped brood The older brood looked like it will be drone brood ( cell wall being drawn up). Not to worried as I have seen new laying Queens being a bit droney while they get the hang of it but.... several incapped QC's (with larvae).

Any thoughts as to what they are thinking and why?

Many thanks
