Might seem a silly question but how easy is it to change a radial cage for a tangential cage in an electric extractor?

I doubt it's possible at all as you'd need a larger drum! :bump:

Don't change the cage buy some tangential screens that fit over the ends. Makes if much easier, then you have the convenience of both methods of extraction
They look something like this.

Why would you want to do that??
:

Many reasons. One example is agitated heather honey...spins out better on tangential, than radial.
Simple physics....distance from spindle= more G force.
Another is if you cannot fit brood frames into a your radial extractor you cvsn add the screens and extract tangentially.
