Does cpbv not affect the queen? One would think that if she gets it then it's game over for any size colony but in all I've read and watched this doesn't seem to happen.

Have only seen cbpv in another beekeepers colonies.
She treated by feeding with weak sugar syrup infused with garlic ( Flakes used to treat horses) I believe it worked.
