- but your fingers aren't curly or green at all!
Ha! Ha! Most of the time there black with dirt!!

It's my labourer holding the frog.

Perhaps I should be called curly black fingers!

It is indeed a common frog. I once found one in my garden that was almost completely bright green and thought I'd found something out of the ordinary -- not so. Apparently, according to a herpatology site I wrote to, with photographs, I was told they can be many shades from almost black to bright green but they are still common frogs.
