Brood swop

I have one colony with lots of sealed brood and also a nuc I'm trying to build up. How much/how quickly can I take brood from the main colony and give it to the nuc?

I assume brood with no nurse bees is easiest (no fighting) but the nuc needs to be able to cover the frame(s) I give.

Hatching brood is good. The new house bees will then soon accommodate the further addition of frame(s) as necessary.
