Often see it as if the queen lays up to 1500 eggs per day 3 weeks later about 1500 will hatch out.

Always fascinating to watch those cuddly little ones emerge.
 
Every time I've been to inspection, I've seen a bee coming out of her cell. I think they do this especially for me :D As a new beek, I have never seen anything like it. Wonderful picture.

well - at peak of the season there'll be one emerging every minute so as long as you know which frame has most of your oldest capped brood on it you should have a fairly good chance of spotting this if you're patient!
