I attended a course on Microscopy for fungal slide making. Once we have selected the fungal required it must be infused with wax and then placed in a wax block to obtain very thin cuttings about 5-10 microns then transfered onto a slide. I have shown some of mushrooms and other type of fungi.

All these shots are of a type of fungal I do have the names somewhere but its all in scientific jargon.
Sorry I cant bee of any extra help.

Did you use a hand microtome or a rocking one?
