Best plants/shrubs/trees for bees in uk & ireland

We were manning the federation bee tent in bloom( Garden Festival) over the last few days and there is a huge increase in the interest in bees.
A lot that people that don't want to, or cant keep bees have a keen interest in planting their gardens with bee loving plants, but unfortunally we had no literature to hand out to them.
Has any body got a list of the best bee plant/shrubs/trees and there ratings, that are suitable to the uk and Ireland and also is there a relevant poster that can be got.

The BBKA do a leaflet which you can print from their site which has bee friendly shrubs listed on it.
