I first registered on this site in 2011 when I did my course. Since then, a number of home moves and a loss of colonies have resulted in slow learning. I'm certainly still a novice, even after 10 years!
Keep the bees at home now as when they were away it became out of sight, out of mind and I paid the price one year when wasp attack decimated them.
So, now they are behind my shed in the garden where I can have a daily look and smile as I watch their comings and goings.
