I've got pictures around here somewhere of a swarm of bees that built comb in an old tire and wheel. It was covered from above and apparently met their requirements of a suitable place to set up house.

i see honey bees swarm getting attracted by old tire , because of diesel smell maybe

Impossible? They, he, she or it should have transferred (some) bees to that collection box. If/when they got queenie in the box, the rest would have followed. Problem is that the queen prefers to be away from the light, so likely well hidden from capture! Amateur swarm collectors, if you were to ask me.
