beekeeping in Nottingham/birmingham

I'm new on this forum

i'm beekeeper uin the south of France (Cannes)

i'm beekeeper since 10 years with 100 hives

Perhaps tomorow my wife have to work in Overseal between Birmingham ant nottingham

and me and my 2 childrens have to follow her

can you tallk me about beekeeping in UK ?
is their a way to work for a beekeeper befor having my own hives ? (i think i can't move my bees from Cannes to Overseal !!)
