Does anyone have experience clearing supers with Bee Quick that they'd like to share? The manufacturer's arguments for this product are quite persuasive, but then they would be, wouldn't they?
I use it... works very well and fast when used on a nice sunny day on a fume board. My only warning is that if the hive is very full, the bees will pour out of the entrance like water, and crawl up your shorts.
I've used it. As mentioned, it works ok - using a fume board, but porter bee escapes aren't all that much extra hassle, and leave the supers completely free. It seems to work better when it's warmer, as described in the literature.
