The part of Finmans offering above is important and somebody like RoofTops with his exaggerated prejudice should get his head around it without the tosh he has been offering in regard to evaporation of Oxalic. Not deadly like he says but more effective in my view.

One aspect of Dave Cushman notes worth commenting upon is that the instructions say the gadget should be put in via the entrance which is then stuffed with foam. This can damage frames immediately above the vaporiser and fry some of the bees too. FOR THAT REASON and because I do like frying the bees in cluster in mid December, I place a thin sheet of metal in the inspection tray groove and evapoarate from under the mesh floor. OK? Infinitely less invasive.
