I have put a bait box out about a mile from my hive and several bees have been seen going around in and out over the last few days.
I went to see it today and there was a bee at the entrance just inside standing there fanning her wings, I did not see any others around it whilst I was there.
My question is does anyone think there is anyone inside ? or are they coming ? or whats going on ?

I leave bait hives in place until a few days after I first see regular workers are flying in with pollen.

All of my bait hives recieve interest, but not all have caught swarms (4 deployed, 3 swarms caught, 2 from the same box)

What's the secret? I've several bait hives, but no swarms attracted.

I'll add another couple:

4) Swarms available in your area.
5) The number of others presenting bait hives in your area.

Regards, RAB
