Not sure if it's that complicated that it needs plans.

One old brood box.

Piece of ply screwed to top and bottom............roof and floor.

One 20mm-ish whole drilled into the bottom of the box to form an entrance.

Fill with a few old frames, you may wish to pin them in place if you intend to move it about easily and add a swarm lure for extra pulling power


It does not need to be any more complicated than that.
